
If you are like me, you will find it very difficult to get protein into every meal you eat. Cooking up chicken and steak and burgers and fish for every meal and snack can be such a hassle sometimes. This is where hemp seeds come in play.
They are loaded with good healthy protein and fats. They don't really taste like anything, so it's really easy to stick them in yogurt, salad, cottage cheese, and anything else you might like to much on (as long as it's healthy, of course!). You don't need a lot of them to feel full. Usually, approximately 1 tbsp will be enough for one meal.
If you buy them at Whole Foods or Organic Depot, they can get a little pricey. Luckily, Bulk Barn sells them at a much more affordable price.
